Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting to refund a payment or initiating a dispute with PayPal will result in permanent and irreversible exclusion from all of our sites. Please use our Discord if you would like advice.

How to buy?

After purchasing the RedM script pack, go to the Keymaster Access Grant page to find the RedM script pack, which you can download right from there! In Keymaster look for Created By: "real_dubi"

Make sure you log in to our store under the same account you have Keymaster for your server.

If you have a problem, don't hesitate to write to Discord or Tebex Support directly.  

What is RedM?
RedM is an independent platform from Cfx.re that connects players with Red Dead Redemption 2 and offers the possibility of custom scripts on customized servers. More about RedM here

[+] What if I own the locked version of the script and want it unlocked?

If you want an unlocked version of an already purchased script, you can create a ticket on my Discord where you will get a discount code for the product in the amount of the current price of the script you already have.

We aim for you to have 100% support included in the product price for issues and fixes. We also strive to incorporate ideas you suggest in tickets, or make less demanding adjustments upon request. Sometimes it takes time, but we believe we can always find a solution.

[+] Script version escrow / locked, what does it mean?

This is a locked version of the script that is usually cheaper due to a lower risk of theft or misuse, and it serves as the basic version of the script. The script always includes an extensive config with many features for the highest possible level of customization. The escrow system, which this version is often named after, is an official function from Cfx.re that allows everyone who purchases the script on Keymaster to use it.
